    You can search for your product name on the AVOID-website or simply visit the product categories to find the desired product in no time.

Orders

  • How do I place an order?

    To place your order:

    - Go to the product page on the AVOID-website.

    - Select the product subtype, if applicable, and click “Add to Cart”.

    - Once your product is added to the cart, add the desired quantity for the product.

    - Agree to the “Terms and Conditions” by checking the checkbox.

    - Click "Checkout" to make payment and add a billing and shipping address. Once you add a shipping address, the shipping cost will be included in your final checkout invoice.

    - Select your preferred payment method and make the payment.

    - Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive the order confirmation email from AVOID BV.

  • Which payment methods are accepted to place an order?

    We, at AVOID, accept payment methods via credit cards, online banking, pay later portals such as Klarna and faster checkout portals such as PayPal, GooglePay, ShopPay, etc. We also accept payments via AMEX cards.

  • How can I follow my order?

    When your order is shipped, we provide comprehensive tracking information via our Track & Trace system. An automated email notification will be sent with your unique Track & Trace tracking code, allowing you to track the real-time status of your shipment and determine the expected delivery date.

  • How can I cancel my order/contract?

    You have the right to cancel the contract for any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes physical possession of the goods.

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This may be done by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail. You may also use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. You must send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period of 14 days has expired.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Delivery time depends on product availability and shipping method. We aim to deliver orders within 1-3 business days.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code and a link to the website of the delivery service, where you can track the status of the order and see the expected delivery date.

  • Offers AVOID free shipping on?

    We offer free shipping for orders above €20 within the Netherlands. Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping fee of €3.95. All orders destined for Belgium and Germany will incur a flat shipping fee of €6.95. The total shipping fee will be explicitly displayed in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed.

  • When will my order be sent?

    You can have your order shipped the same day if you place your order before 2:00 PM.

    We aim to deliver your order to you within 1-3 working days, depending on product availability and shipping. You can track the journey of your order using the Track & Trace code and link sent to your email upon dispatch. This will allow you to track the status and expected delivery date with the carrier.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    We offer free shipping for orders above €20 within the Netherlands. Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping fee of €3.95. For all orders with destination Belgium and Germany, a flat shipping fee of €6.95 applies. The total shipping fee will be explicitly displayed in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed.

    International orders are welcome at AVOID. Delivery times and associated charges are determined by the destination address and will be displayed in the shopping cart before the order is completed. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their respective countries.

  • What shipping methods does AVOID?

    AVOID ensures reliable delivery of orders via established shipping partners. The specific shipping method, determined by the weight, size, destination and selected shipping option of the order, is facilitated by DPD.

    International shipping for orders is also welcome at AVOID.

  • I am not available at the delivery address. What should I do?

    Delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated. In case of your absence, the delivery service reserves the right to leave the package with a neighbor or a local collection point. A notification will be placed in your mailbox so that you can coordinate a subsequent delivery or pick up your package.

  • Who are the carriers for AVOID?

    To ensure reliable delivery, AVOID use of trusted carriers. The specific shipping method applied to your order is determined by its size and weight, the shipping option you select, and your delivery address. Our shipments are primarily handled by DPD.

  • Do I have to create an account to place my order?

    You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. Although creating an account is not mandatory, it is recommended for a more convenient shopping experience and better contact regarding your order.
